BENJAMIN F. MINK is the President & CEO of GTC Consulting headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. After a distinguished career in law enforcement and the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Mink founded GTC Consulting in 2018. As a uniquely qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the topics of DEA Compliance and Pharmaceutical Quality, Mr. Mink has provided testimony before the U.S. Congress, on behalf of CBS News Network, and Fortune 500 pharma. Since 2015, Mr. Mink has been a dedicated member of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI) and the International Healthcare Facility Diversion Association (IHFDA). In May of 2018, his nomination to the NADDI Ohio Chapter Board of Directors was confirmed. In his role as the “Training and Education Coordinator”, Mr. Mink is responsible for the training content that member drug enforcement and industry professionals will receive on the broad and complex topic of “Drug Diversion Prevention”. Mr. Mink’s recent accolades include “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders”, “40 under 40”, “DEA: Outstanding Contributions to Drug Law Enforcement”, and “DOJ: Outstanding Contributions…”. Mr. Mink graduated summa cum laude from Everest University in 2010, with a Masters in Criminal Justice.

DR. FRANK MINK is a Sr. Scientific Advisor at GTC Consulting. Dr. Mink is a former USEPA Director and International causation, cost recovery and regulatory practices toxicology expert in environmental, public and occupational health/safety involved in formulating the original human health risk assessment guidance at USEPA (CWA, RCRA and CERCLA revisions). Dr. Mink is also a DEA toxicology expert that received a service award from the DEA in 2019 (opioids) and the DOJ in 2020. He is an active Federal Science Advisor Panel member and former Medical School Dean advising industry, USEPA, DOJ, DEA, DOE ,DOD, FDA, EU, WHO, EMA, CDC, REACH, NIH and UN on public health effects/policies for over 35 years ( PFAS, diacetyl, dicamba, nicotine salts, glyphosate, air toxics, drugs, flavorings, dioxins, pesticides, PCBs, benzene, metals, etc..). Dr. Mink is an environmental health and safety executive serving as a disease causation defense, exposure assessment and historical waste disposal practices expert in over 100 cases (Daubert and multiple consultants team management lead). He has extensive consulting experience in Fortune 500, academia, and government. Dr. Mink has testified before Congress on science integrity and served on the Science Advisory Board during 3 Administrations and has been consulted by national media (CNN, NBC, etc…).
